Purchases From Us Are Guaranteed
In the very unlikely event that you are unhappy with the coaching services from Powerful Eric then you can get a no questions asked full refund.  Powerful Eric want you to be happy!

All returns, however, must take place within 60 days of invoice. If you are unhappy with your purchase you will receive a refund in the 60 day window.  Here are the guidelines you must follow to return an item:

For any reason:  you were not satisfied with Powerful Eric coaching

Simply e-mail eric@powerfuleric.com that you are not satisfied with his coaching and you will receive a full refund!

Defective Products
If you have received a defective item, you must return the item to us within 60 days of invoice. You must return the product in its original packaging, complete with all components and documentation. We will repair, replace or refund your purchase. After 60 days, the terms of the corresponding manufacturer’s warranty, if any, will apply, in which case you may be required to send the product directly to the manufacturer’s processing or repair facility.

Wrong Product Shipped
If we accidentally sent the wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct item, provided that you return the product unopened, undamaged and accompanied by all components within 60 days of invoice.

Liability Disclaimer
Company is not responsible for any damage or loss of any kind due to your use of any of the products we sell. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product.

Shipping Methods

We do not ship physical products at this time.  Right now all products are downloadable.  However if we do we will offer several shipping methods. We use major carriers, such as UPS and FedEx knowing that they ensure the quickest, most cost-effective delivery to your zip code.  Please choose the desired method to match your needs and budget!

Shipping Costs

Company guarantees that you will never be charged more than the actual cost of delivery (a $60.00 handling fee is added to all orders) for an order shipped to you based on the shipping method selected and the costs to Company charged by the shipper which are in effect at the time your order is shipped.

International Orders
International orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders are to be paid in full by wire transfer or international US $ money order unless other arrangements are made with Company.
